Sibusiso obtained a N. Diploma in Radiography (Diagnostic) at Technikon Natal (now Durban University of Technology-DUT) in 1993 followed by a NH. Diploma in Radiography (Therapy) in 1995. He joined DUT as a lecturer in 2000 where he worked and also studied towards his M. Tech in Radiography (graduated in 2004). He joined UJ in 2009, he is currently the HOD of Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences and Vice Dean for Teaching and Learning in the FHS. He has also complete the Teaching Advancement at University (TAU) Fellowship. His research interests include the use of technology for teaching, scholarship of teaching and learning, curriculum design and clinical radiography related research. He has formed several collaborations with international universities.
